Dawn has been with Kids Alive International since August of 2003. In the position of Vice President of Ministry Advancement, Dawn spearheads a team that coordinates the development, communications and marketing programs for Kids Alive. Dawn was a former executive with the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association.

“The goal of our department is to tell the story – God works within the hearts of the people we talk to and they fund our needs,” says Dawn. “What a wonderful story it is, of rescue and hope for children all over the world! I feel extremely blessed to be a part of Kids Alive. Every time I meet a child like this precious Guatemalan girl, I thank God that he’s let me play a small part in making her life better. It doesn’t get any better then this!”

Dawn and her husband of 30 years relocated to Indiana and have a small horse ranch that their nine children (one still at home) and 14 grandchildren love to visit.
