Traci joined the Kids Alive staff in 2005, as our new receptionist. Less than a year later, she has assumed the responsibilities of Sponsor Relations Coordinator, working closely with the missionaries in our 14 fields to make the best match for those have an interest in becoming a child, home or classroom sponsor.

Traci shares, "I have always had a heart for missions even though I have never had the privilege of serving abroad…yet! My husband, Bob, and my three adult children have been on mission teams serving all around the world. I am thrilled and blessed to be able to serve all our missionaries, their families and the thousands of kids we’ve rescued through the Kids Alive USA office." 

Traci and Bob live on the Hardel family homestead in Kouts, Indiana.
