 Shannon Eaton, of the Rimersburg United Methodist Church in Pennsylvania, United States, joined the Kids Alive staff as the nurse and child sponsorship coordinator in Lima, Peru in September 2006. She received her B.S.N. degree from Carlow College in 1998 from Carlow College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Shannon is signed up for a two year commitment with the possibility of becoming a career missionary.
