Regarding his responsibilities, Daniel speaks from experience, “In doing evangelism, working with children provides the best opportunity. I was most strongly influenced by a missionary as a young person.”

Before joining the Kids Alive® International staff, Daniel and Debbie served in a variety of capacities – TEAM church evangelist in Tainan, church planter with Covenant Church in Taichung, Chief of Community Health Service at Taitung Christian Hospital, nurse at Puli Christian Hospital, Taitung Christian Hospital (TEAM Mission), etc.
 
Debbie shares, “I feel that God has led me to this ministry, and I too feel working with children is important because I was also reached for Christ as a young person.”

They have two adult daughters: Dawn (26) and Grace (25).
