Corbey and Janie Dukes have worked with Kids Alive Guatemala since 2000 by leading numerous short-term mission teams from their home church, Pawleys Island Community Church in Pawleys Island, SC, where Corbey served as Administrative and Missions Pastor. Prior to that, he worked as a project manager in high-tech industries. Doug and Sara Johnson

Doug and
Sara Johnson and their family became better acquainted with Kids Alive International
in 2000 when Doug volunteered his construction skills to help with the
USA office expansion. A year later, the entire family was heading to
Guatemala to serve as long-term missionaries.
A graduate in Christian Education from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, previous to coming to Kids Alive, Doug provided construction support and supervision to (Helps) International Ministries. Sara also attended Moody Bible, is a Licensed Practical Nurse, and worked as a crisis pregnancy counselor (among a variety of other voluntary positions) .

Patricia Hoeksema

Patricia joined
the Kids Alive International staff in August of 2002 and presently
serves in Guatemala.
Formerly of Muskegon, Michigan (Olivet Evangelical Free Church),
Patricia taught elementary education in the Kindergarten and Fourth
grade classes. During the summer, Patricia worked at a conference
center where she first heard about Kids Alive.
