Judith is a qualified secretary, and she also has a certificate in Women's Programs from the Theological College of Central Africa. Judith also enjoys teaching knitting and sewing. David and Judith have had a passion for the rescue and care of at-risk children even before joining Kids Alive International. Before joining the Kids Alive International family, David and Judith served as missionaries in Botswana, where David was the principal of SHASHE Bible Training College. After they finished their commitment in Botswana, they felt the Lord leading them to join Kids Alive where they have found fulfillment in caring for orphans and vulnerable children.

David
and Judith Nyumbu, house parents of the Lilato Four Children's Home in
Mongu, have been married for thirty years, and have one child and several
grandchildren. David has a diploma in theology from the Theological
College of Central Africa, and he also has certificates in teaching and
leadership training.
