At La Arquilla, young mothers who have experienced sexual abuse and their babies receive holistic, Christ-centered care that restores hope and dignity. Each girl is provided with safe housing, nutritious meals, medical support, and trauma-informed counseling, while also having opportunities for education and spiritual growth. Babies receive attentive childcare and specialized pediatric care, ensuring both mother and child are nurtured physically, emotionally, and spiritually. La Arquilla also equips girls for the future through prenatal classes, parenting workshops, and hands-on training in child development. Spiritual discipleship, mentoring, and independence programs prepare them to heal from past trauma, embrace their role as mothers, and take confident steps toward a life of stability. Together, mothers and children begin to experience bonds that mend and justice that heals.
