Kids Alive International is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The tax-deductible portion of each sponsorship is limited to the amount paid above the fair market value of benefits received. Kids Alive will provide a good-faith estimate of those benefits. Sponsors should consult their tax advisor.
All sponsorship payments will be made directly to Kids Alive International. After reasonable event and sponsorship expenses, net proceeds will provide unrestricted support for Kids Alive’s charitable mission and will be directed where they are most needed.
