




















Valorie Kondos Field is the former head coach of UCLA Women’s Gymnastics. During her 29-year tenure, she led UCLA to seven NCAA National Championships and 22 Pac-12 titles. She is inducted into the UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame, won Pac-12 Coach of the Century and most recently, the WeCOACH Lifetime Achievement Award. Coach Val is renowned for her innovative leadership philosophy with emphasis on joy, authenticity, and personal growth.

Judge Rosemarie Aquilina serves on Michigan’s 30th Circuit Court, following her tenure as Chief Judge of the 55th District Court and a distinguished 20-year career in the Michigan Army National Guard, where she became the state’s first female JAG Officer. A professor, author, and nationally recognized advocate for justice, she is deeply committed to mentoring, education, and protecting the vulnerable. Judge Aquilina is a passionate supporter of Kids Alive and shares our vision of bringing healing, hope, and justice to children who have survived abuse.

Corbey Dukes is the President and CEO of Kids Alive International, where he leads a global Christian ministry focused on protecting children, strengthening families, and advancing justice through Christ-centered care. After a successful corporate career, Corbey felt called into international ministry in Guatemala, where he helped develop faith-based models of child protection now expanding globally.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning engineering, organizational operations, and ministry, Corbey brings a unique blend of strategic insight and pastoral conviction to his work. He holds degrees in engineering and business from Clemson University and a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty University. Corbey is driven by a deep belief that caring for vulnerable children is central to an authentic Christian witness and is passionate about inspiring hope-filled, faith-rooted action around the world.

Rachel Davidson is the Chief Operating Officer at Kids Alive International, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in child advocacy, legal systems, and organizational operations. Her career includes roles as an attorney for children in foster care, Director of Georgia’s Office of the Child Advocate, Juvenile Court Liaison, and Juvenile Court Judge Pro Tem.
With expertise in policy development, legal advocacy, and systems leadership, Rachel helps guide Kids Alive’s global operations with a focus on justice, dignity, and effective care. She holds a JD/MBA from Stetson University College of Law and a B.A. in Business from the University of Florida.

Jennifer Graffius serves as Senior Director of External Affairs for Kids Alive International, where she leads foundation relations, strategic partnerships, and philanthropic engagement efforts that support the organization's global ministry to vulnerable children and families. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in higher education, ministry, and nonprofit leadership and fundraising, she works to connect donors, institutions, and communities with opportunities to advance trauma-informed care, justice advocacy, restorative education, and family strengthening programs around the world. Jennifer holds degrees from Azusa Pacific University, Princeton Theological Seminary, and Duke Divinity School and is an ordained pastor in the ECO Presbyterian denomination.
