Kids Alive Haiti serves children and families through its school and children’s village.
Kids Alive Haiti serves over 320 children and 230 families despite the political unrest, violence, kidnapping, and gang activity.
A mother and her five children exchange abandonment and homelessness for acceptance and hopefulness. Natacha’s husband bailed on her and their five children, exposing them to the streets, hunger, and danger. Kids Alive met them when they were living in a makeshift tent. We helped them get a better place and enrolled the three youngest children in school. The family regained the joy of living and is on the path to ending the cycle of poverty. We continue to help Natacha by supplying food kits to supplement her meager income.
