We believe partnership is at the heart of meaningful, lasting impact.
First and foremost, we partner with God—and we seek to partner with others who share a vision for lasting transformation in the lives of children, families, and communities.
We believe shared resources lead to creative, effective solutions that no one could accomplish alone.
Collaboration amplifies our reach and credibility, helping us engage broader audiences and deepen trust.
Sustainable growth comes from shared learning, mutual respect, and a commitment to transformation on both sides of the partnership.
To us, partnership isn’t transactional—it’s relational, purposeful, and rooted in shared mission.
A fruitful partnership is built with intention, communication, and mutual trust. At Kids Alive, we’ve seen partnerships thrive when they are rooted in:
Clear expectations and shared goals – so everyone is aligned from the start.
Open and regular communication – with space for honest dialogue and transparency.
Mutual respect and trust – the foundation for any lasting relationship.A spirit of collaboration – working as one team, not in silos.
Ongoing evaluation and feedback – so we can learn, adapt, and grow together.
Fruitful partnerships are not just about what we accomplish—they’re about how we walk together in the process.
We’re looking for partners who will both give generously and speak boldly. Financial support helps sustain our programs around the world—but advocacy is just as vital. We need people who will stand with us, share the stories, and amplify the voices of the children and staff we serve.
Absolutely. You can partner with us as an individual—and we also welcome partnerships with businesses, churches, schools, and other groups.
If you’re part of an organization, we’d love to explore creative ways to collaborate. For example, some companies offer service trips, match employee donations, or have programs that allow staff to apply for hands-on involvement with global partners like Kids Alive. If you have an idea, let’s talk!
That’s exactly where we come in. With over 25 years of experience, Kids Alive equips organizations—whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow deeper—to thoughtfully and effectively engage in global work.
We’ll walk alongside your team to provide context, training, and practical tools that help you understand global needs, connect with what God is doing around the world, and prepare for meaningful, culturally aware experiences—including potential trips to see the work firsthand.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.
Yes! Kids Alive offers two types of trips designed to help you experience and engage with our work firsthand:
Vision Trips are 3–4 day immersive experiences that offer a close-up look at how Kids Alive is working in a specific country. These trips are ideal for leaders, partners, or anyone exploring deeper involvement.
Go Teams are 1–2 week service opportunities where teams come alongside our local staff to support ongoing projects and programs at a Kids Alive site.
Whether you’re discerning a long-term partnership or ready to get your hands involved, we have a trip that fits.
Yes—we’d love to connect! Kids Alive has a team of passionate, experienced leaders who speak on topics such as justice advocacy, trauma-informed care, protective care, family strengthening, and restorative education.
