As a Safe Haven Champion, your encouragement can reach further than you might think. You're welcome to send a message to:

• A student you've previously championed
• The children and students at your Safe Haven location
• A staff member – such as a nurse, house parent, tutor, or caregiver

A few kind words can remind a child they are seen and loved, and help the people caring for them every day feel supported.

Important things to note:

• For security and privacy reasons, all messages are sent to the Kids Alive International USA office first to ensure cultural appropriateness and translation, and may be edited or withdrawn if needed.
• You are welcome to write as often as you like.
• Attachments such as e-cards, audio recordings, or video recordings are unavailable at this time. Appropriate photos sent by mail are welcome.
• To help us deliver your message, please include the recipient's first name and Safe Haven location. For a student, please also include their student ID if you have it. For a staff member, their role (e.g. nurse, house mom) is enough if you don't know their name.
• Students who receive individual letters will write back at least twice a year. Group and staff messages may not receive an individual reply.
